1 Star — Extremely disappointing experienceThis was one of the most stressful and unacceptable booking experiences I’ve had. Our cancellation was accepted, yet on the day of the reservation, we were suddenly told they had no record of us whatsoever.The worst part was that I had a small child with me. We had planned around this reservation and trusted that everything had been properly handled. Instead, we were left dealing with confusion and uncertainty at the last minute, with a child depending on us to have a safe and reliable place to stay.If a cancellation is accepted and confirmed, there should be clear communication and documentation. Being told on the day that they had nothing with us is completely unacceptable.I would not recommend booking this property. The lack of communication and organization created a situation that could have been avoided entirely.

This place is a scam. Do not book it. If you have, contact VRBO right away. The host does not respond to messages, does not give check in information, then cancels about 12 hours after check in time with "house rules violation". The place was empty, we had to book a hotel last minute. VRBO was very helpful in getting us settled somewhere else, but it is a stress. They are aware that this "host" has done this more than once. BUT BEWARE and stay away from this place.

I cannot rate the actual place because our reservation was never canceled until 3 hours after we were supposed to check in. The host did not respond to any of our message and when I called she said she wasn’t the host and would find out what was going on. The never called back andOnce we landed she never answered my calls.in town for a very popular concert that allHotels and BNBs were booked and there was nothing. People were sleeping in their cars because places were canceling their reservations.
