The Gallery House’s 21-ft hydro swim spa and cold plunge pair beautifully with the Glass House’s panoramic hot tub and breezeway dining space, giving everyone a variety of ways to relax.

Overnight Guests:
• Maximum of 16 overnight guests total across both homes.
Casual Gatherings (Up to 20 People):
• Casual, non-formal get-togethers are welcome.
• No event fee required.
Formal Events (20–50 Guests):
• Any event with more than 20 total attendees must book the combined Glass + Gallery House listing.
• The property accommodates up to 50 total guests for weddings and formal events.
• Event Fee: Events with more than 25 guests will incur a $500 event fee to cover additional cleaning, wear and tear, and coordination.
🚗 Parking & Logistics
• Parking is limited — a maximum of 12 cars are permitted onsite.
• Carpooling or shuttle service is strongly recommended for larger events.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (all outdoor noise must remain low after 10 PM).
• Property tours cannot be offered without a confirmed booking.
• If you’d like to visit before hosting your event, we offer a 20% discount on preview stays (1-night weekday minimum, 2-night weekend minimum).

To protect the home and ensure a smooth experience:
• No confetti, glitter, fireworks, or open flames (contained candles only).
• No nails, screws, tape, or staples on any walls, railings, or decks.

A signed rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required for all stays.
