Overall, this was a good experience. I’ll start with the positive aspects. The property was very clean. The mattresses were newer and good for anyone without serious back trouble. I do have back trouble and I fortunately brought my own memory foam mattress pad. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. The furniture was aesthetically pleasing but maybe not the most comfortable. The check in process was easy and the management team was very responsive. I picked this property specifically because it advertised a King sized bed in one bedroom and two Queens in the other bedrooms. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurate and there were 3 Queens. With enormous amounts of pain due to a degenerative spinal condition, I am very wary about the types of beds in rentals and hotels. When I arrived & discovered the discrepancy, I was told they were sorry, there was an error & they would correct it, which they did. They asked if anything else would make my stay “more comfortable”, and the answer was “No. However, a credit for the inaccuracy would be nice.” They gave me a little bit less than a 10% discount. The next issue was nobody’s fault, but there was a heavy rainstorm the 2nd night. We had done a load of laundry the day before and went to the basement to get the clothes, to find standing water in the middle of the basement. A few contractors later, it was determined that it was a broken pipe. We were without water for several hours, but it did get fixed
