Perfect!

We were a group of four adults and one small dog visiting in the off-season. This place was perfect and plenty big enough for us. We did some cooking during our stay, and kitchen was very well-appointed (but don’t forget to bring cooking oil and any spices you might need). The basement with ping pong table and air hockey was great, and lots of nice outdoor space too! It was conveniently located— really easy to get onto the main highways, but just far enough away that it was always peaceful and quiet.

Memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful time in the house. Communication with the property agent was excellent both before and during our stay. Very friendly and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. With two families in the house we were running out of plates and cutlery quite a bit and the managers sent us some extra supplies which was so helpful! The house was the ideal size for two families. It was really useful for the kids to have the basement games room to play in as well as loft/TV room. The garden was lovely and we utilized the fire pit for s’mores most nights. The outdoor shower was also appreciated as there was only one shower in the house. It was a nice surprise to find beach chairs in the garage that we could borrow since traveling from the UK we had no beach kit!! The location is great, quiet peaceful road and just 5 mins drive from Hardings the local beach. We also enjoyed Oyster Beach Pond closer to town. Lots of great restaurants nearby within a short drive. Favourites were Pate’s, Chatham Bars Inn (the veranda) and Del Mar. Loved it all!

Wonderful!

We had a great week at this property. Had some malfunction with the downstairs air conditioning which took a few days to sort out but property manager was very responsive and helpful. Location is great and house had everything we needed. Looking forward to next year!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed with my parents, adult sister and 18 month old daughter and my parents’ dog. Overall, the house is not huge, but neat and cozy. The yard is really nice too. We loved Chatham too. Just plan ahead with a larger group since there’s only one shower, but overall we would stay here again and really enjoyed our time. A lovely property!

Chillin in Chatham

Property was far out, and close to everything we needed. Fire pit was perfect for s’mores and we got a blazer going. Very short drive to multiple beaches. Our favorite was cockle cove. Would stay here again. Rock and roll.

Nice beach house in a great location!

The house was perfect for a family beach vacation with our dog! It was comfortable, well stocked, and fun for a family. Enjoyed the large patio and backyard as well as the ping pong table. Nice neighborhood in lovely Chatham.

Excellent property for families

We had a wonderful stay in Chatham at the Sea Maiden. My daughters loved the mermaid decor, lots of board games for a rainy day, and table tennis and air hockey were a big hit. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, and even beach chairs and sand toys. The locations is in walking distance of a few restaurants, and a short drive to very nice and kid- friendly beaches.

Perfect for a fall family getaway

This was the perfect place to stay! We loved the comfortable feel of the home, with comfortable beds and a cozy space for everyone. Check in and check out was easy and clear. The kitchen was perfect for family breakfast!

Nice property- great location

Good facilities. Wonderful king size master bed- skylight windows. Separate upstairs TV area as well as large screen in living room. Kitchen good. Outside yard perfect for dog owners. Lots of room. Very good location for trips to Nickerson Park and even Provincetown.

Ideal Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property! It was incredibly clean and well-equipped. The upstairs master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of linen options. The backyard space was so much fun for our young children - with the outdoor eating area and firepit. The location cannot be beat! Close to everything we wanted to do - including a running / walking / bike trail and Chatham airport.

Cute cottage with lots of charm

We enjoyed staying in this cute West Chatham cottage...super clean , lots of room & very comfortable. A short drive to Provincetown & the lighthouses. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay on the Cape

Great Cape Cod house in quiet neighborhood and close to center of Chatham. Backyard and patio looked really nice as well although we did not get to use it due to weather. If this property is available for your stay, book it.

Clean and comfortable stay in West Chatham

The house was immaculately clean, which really made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The outdoor space is lovely. The house is equipped with lots of extras - ping pong, laundry, and even beach accessories. Thanks for a great stay.
