The Space:

The luxurious Townhouse consists of two Entrances, one from the ground floor and one from the first floor.



KITCHEN:

Contemporary kitchen equipped with all essential appliances, including a stove, oven, full-sized fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, and espresso machine.



LIVING AREA:

Expansive living area, ideal for gatherings. The cozy space includes a large sofa and a Smart TV.



BEDROOMS:

Three bedrooms, each offering a king-sized bed and a Maid Room with a single bed, built-in wardrobes. An additional study room with desks and chairs completes the setup.

Four modern bathrooms with two walk-in showers and two bathtubs, complemented by plush towels and complimentary shampoo, and soap. An additional guest bathroom enhances convenience.

The deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided no damages are reported during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 days after checkout, and the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details in the check in form (sent in confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow apartment access

2- register your stay with tourism authorities



The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.



Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
