Both homes are part of the beloved Pirates Bay community, where guests can enjoy two sparkling pools, a children’s playscape, and plenty of space to relax. You’ll be just 8 blocks from the beach and a short drive to Port Aransas’ best dining, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you’re lounging poolside, rinsing off in the outdoor showers, or gathering for evening drinks under twinkling patio lights, this setting offers the perfect blend of relaxation and coastal charm.

Clamshell Cottage
Designed for comfort and style, Clamshell Cottage sleeps 8 across 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen bedrooms with private baths and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks. The home features a spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen, and covered patio with outdoor dining. Guests will love the easy access to Pirate’s Bay pools—one just steps from the patio, the other across the lot with a playscape and grills. With TVs in every bedroom, a washer/dryer, and a fenced area for beach gear, this home is as functional as it is beautiful. Pets considered with a fee.

Coastal Vibe
Playful and bright, Coastal Vibe sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. The layout includes a king suite with private bath, another king bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area makes gathering easy, while the breezeway patio with party lights and seating sets the tone for fun evenings. A washer/dryer, assigned parking, and quick pool access make this condo both convenient and welcoming. No pets.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times yearly.

Parking Details:
- Each home has two designated parking spaces located directly in front.
- Boat parking is not allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
