Age Requirement
The primary guest must be 25 years or older and staying for the duration of the reservation. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in to confirm. Thank you for your understanding!
Respect for Neighbors
The home is in a relatively peaceful and respectable neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels.
Noise & Parties
No loud noise or music 9:00 PM- 8 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guests) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
🚫 No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $1,000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
🚫 Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and in hallway/lobby of unit. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.
👉Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 3-4 hours, similar to checkout.
Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote and $500 for tampering with the wifi router.
Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed.
Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
Unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is at 10 AM.
The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors that typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.
📡Minut Home Sensor
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise decibel levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected. This device does not record audio or video—it simply measures sound levels.
Safety & Energy Conservation
⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
🔥 Turn off the stove, & oven when not in use.
🌡️ Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.
General House Rules
👞 No shoes inside the property. Please place in shoe rack under the mirror in the living room.
🚭 No smoking of any kind. A minimum $1000 fee applies if evidence is found.
📦 No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service.
📺 Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
🛋️ No moving or rearranging furniture.
🚮 Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
🔒 Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.
Disclaimer: If the door is left unlocked or jammed for an extended period, it will trigger a security alert to protect our property and notify us. You will also receive a notification. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings under any circumstances.
Parking
🅿️ Do not block the driveway. Street parking is by permit only and you may be ticketed and towed. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.
Guests & Pets
👥 No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in cancellation.
🐶 No pets allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 penalty per pet, per night. Also, double the stated cleaning fee will be applied for a deep cleaning.
Adult Supervision Required
👨👩👧 Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure safety while on the property.
