Reviewer Comments: As a Holiday Hosting employee, I get to see many beautiful properties that Holiday Hosting is privileged to manage for our very important Owners.The ocean views at the Summit from the balcony are breath-taking, there are also ocean views from the main bedroom window.There are new air conditioning units which makes your stay more comfortable.The property is clean, bright, well equipped with amenities for a long stay. There is a lift to the second floor which makes the access easy whether you are young or old.The unit is close to supermarkets, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and of course the weekend markets.The Hosts are efficient and amazing!I 100% recommend this property for a long stay or even just a quick get away.

Stunning views, stress free stay!

Really appreciated the stress free booking and entry / exit process. Apartment was lovely with plenty of room for a family of four. A very short drive down the hill to the main street of Airlie Beach with access to a variety of restaurants and facilities including the large open lagoon.

Great views

Spacious, airy, clean apartment with a lovely view of the ocean. Only a 10 - 15 minute walk to lagoon and heart of Airlie including a bit of a hill on the way back. Fully equipped kitchen with a great variety of teas, and cooking essentials and a laundry with a generous tub of laundry powder. Property manager Brandi was very accomodating and responsive to queries. A lovely experience overall and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great property

Incredible apartment with amazing views. Apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Communal pool was clean and well maintained. Other residents (many are permanent or long term) were friendly and helpful. Needed to contact the host a couple of times in regards to minor enquiries, responses were prompt and helpful. Cant wait to go back.

10 day stay for honeymoon.

Good location, good view good Pool. Floor was filthy like the place hadn't been cleaned. The master bedroom bed was horrible to sleep in had a massive lump down the middle and u big dents on either side, i contacted the agent Brandi but she didnt want to help at all do that basicly wrecked the sleep side of the holiday as we then had to sleep in the single beds for the rest of the trip

A good decision

Provided a very comfortable stay. A clean and beautifully presented property. Great views to the sea from the lounge and the balcony. We are in our 70s so having a car was essential to get up the steep street. Only five minutes by car to shops and marina.

Fantastic apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment the place was extremely comfortable and clean with a stunning view to watch the sunrise every morning on the balcony.Very well equipped with everything you need.Pool was amazing.The process from booking to checkout was easy and very fast response.Would recommend staying here for anyone,walking distance to main street only 10 minutes or a cheap taxi ride home up the hill.Very quiet and comfy bed.Thankyou for a great stay.

Comfortable and clean - home away from home.

Unit itself was clean and fully equipped. Everything was catered for perfectly, unlike some units where you have to go and purchase some things on arrival. The view is beautiful of Airlie and the mountains. The unit is a bit of a walk from the Main Street of Town but you can still hear the nightlife. I would say you might need a car when staying this far up the hill but of course depends on your love/level of fitness. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us and see you in 12 months time.

I am a North Queensland resident, and I adore our amazing outdoor lifestyle: long- distance running, yoga, obstacle training, travelling and competing in events overseas and busy personal life. Naturally passionate about finance and wealth creation. I am also a keen property investor myself. I’ve been a passionate host and Super Host for over seven years. I was fortunate to attend the hosting conference in L.A.
In November 2016 and I gained many valuable insights from it. I own one of my own properties and host on behalf of other lovely property owners, and I enjoy helping them achieve their financial goals and ensuring all guests delight in their holiday experience. I operate my established short-term holiday letting business, “Holiday Hosting”, to provide premier accommodation to those visiting Queensland.
I have obtained my full real estate license (Certificate IV in Property Services-Real Estate).
I look forward to providing guests with a home away from home.
