Recently updated interior using 130 year old barnwood, with 3 bedrooms featuring 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, game room and a new deck, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Our relaxing cabin is equipped for both long and short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The cabin is near The Great Smokey Mountains National Park South Entrance, Nantahala National Forest, The Little Tennessee, Tuckaseegee and Cullasaja Rivers, The Appalachian & Bartram Trails, and many waterfalls, hiking trails, and award-winning dining.

This was a great place to relax and enjoy the calm of the mountains. It is located near many WNC activities and small towns to keep everyone happy and entertained.

Beautiful cabin and Pamela was a wonderful and friendly host!! She was very responsive and answered us back very quickly. The cabin is pretty and was set up well with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The added bonus of spotting five deer, hummingbirds and lots of other birds from the deck was awesome! We highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was comfortable, clean and peaceful. Every morning we sat on the covered deck with our coffee and watched the deer, squirrels and birds. We stayed for 2 months and wanted to stay longer! I have stayed at a number of vrbo cabins, but never had as wonderful as host as here. Pam, our host, was quick to respond for even the smallest question and immediately took care of the few small problems that arose .The layout of the cabin is great for families, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a "suite" downstairs that was well appointed and spacious...ideal for parents and kids, with a television room and playroom.We joined the Franklin Fitness center, which is close enough that we went 4x/week.I highly recommend this cabin and am mad that someone beat me to the timeslot that I wanted to book for next year!

Pam was the best host ever and I’ve stayed at a lot of places! Her cabin is cozy, clean, and lovely! She even provides 2 bottles of wine! No one does that! I slept downstairs which is a great space and so cozy! My bed was super comfy! Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans! She even supplies body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The ping pong table was fun! Pam responded quickly to all questions and inquiries! I highly recommend Pam’s cabin!

Our purpose for staying in this area was twofold; To spend time with friends and to enjoy a quiet and peaceful retreat away from the daily grind. During our stay, my husband and I enjoyed mountain views, exuberant fall colors, warm days and cool nights and daily walks through all that nature had to offer. This was a great place to immerse yourself and unwind. The accommodations met, and in some instances, exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating areas on the property along with a firepit. We enjoyed the views from both the front and back covered porches. Our host was very nice, easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. The caretakers of the property lived nearby and if there was anything we needed they graciously provided. People in the area were very friendly. There is a variety of restaurants in town if you want to eat out and numerous shops to peruse. This is a place we would love to return to in the future.
