The pool area is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. There's a picnic table as well for having lunch poolside and an outdoor shower for a post-beach refresh.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Fantastic central location in famous Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach! Tons of great restaurants, live music, shopping, and entertainment nearby! The North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex is also nearby!

Getting Around:
Free parking on site. Uber/Lyft are also fast and affordable. Parking available for up to 3 vehicles too!

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. Only small dogs under 25 pounds allowed. No cats, large dogs, or other animals.
6. No Motorcycles or Motorcycle Trailers Allowed.
7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
