Impeccably clean and cozy! We had an incredible get away in the mountains. It was nice to be off the grid here. The owners were incredibly accommodating with our schedule and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

This location was perfect for access to the national park and national forests! We enjoyed some great hikes. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and exceptionally comfortable — just what we hoped for! The food recommendations were spot on and the baked goods from the nearby Mazama Store are outstanding.

Very clean property, set up very nice, comfortable and well stocked, just wish there was grass in the property or nearby for the dogs. Short drive to Mazama or Winthrop

A weekend with family, hiking in the "Super Bloom"

This was a perfect place to spend time with our son, his wife, and their dog. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and well equipped kitchen. We have spent several vacations in the Methow, mostly in the winter. This was the first time to be here in the Spring. We did some hiking with stunning views of the area.

We loved the peace and quiet of the cabin. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. We loved that there was an electric kettle. We will gladly stay again.

Dream home away from home

Everything was lovely and cozy for our Thanksgiving getaway with family in the beautiful Winthrop area, close to amenities and recreational ski areas. Would love to come again!

Comfortable home for exploring

This cabin was a great home base for exploring the North Cascades area. We were met with a few initial inconveniences that the host quickly helped us solve. The home has just about everything you'll need to be comfortable. The only thing I'd suggest is that you bring your own coffee (I'm used to having it available) and your own laundry pods if you want to do laundry.

Location good, fixtures not quite

The place is in a great location in the woods closer to Mazama. Wifi hot spot worked well enough to video Zoom a meeting! Communication with owner was very good. Beds super comfy, all you need in the kitchen. For skiers, the place could use a lot more hooks to hang wet gear. Unfortunately nearly all the large fixtures were out of order - dryer, washer, dish-washer, DVD player was hard to figure out. We didn't need them but if you do, check that they got fixed!

Great with a caveat.

Loved the place! Thank you. Two things stood out that didn’t meet expectations. When we walked through the door we were met with the smell of dog and there was a decent amount of dog hair about. Noticed it on the bed pillows and all over my black sweatshirt. Otherwise loved it! Thank you.

Heaven amongst the pines.

If you want to stay in a beautiful, quiet setting this is your cabin !! So well decorated. Extremely clean and well stocked. Close to Mazama and Winthrop. The beds were really comfy. Three adults and our dogs we didn't feel crowded at all . I want come back in the winter so I can have morning coffee on the deck and watch the snow fall. I read and signed the guest book, there were many return guests!! That says it all !!!! Thank you Sam and Kim it was a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for sharing your cabin. FIVE STAR FOR SURE !!!!!!!!

Our annual stay was easy and comfortable as usual. Love the central location for xc skiing, and Sam and Kim are quick to respond to any and all questions.
