Completely renovated 500 sf apartment 100 yds from the Ocean in this Adults only Apartment with Private entrance on First floor of three story home.
Outdoor shower and Fenced in shady back yard welcomes your fur baby and brick patio with furniture to relax after a full day on the beach.

Fully stocked Kitchenette comes equiped with full size Refrigerator, Coffee Pot, Blender, Mixer, Microwave, Air fryer/baking oven and Toaster oven so that you can prepare meals in or take advatage of the many varied estaurants located on this 15 mile island. Some are well within walking distance.

Master Bedroom with King Size bed and walk in closet and 2nd TV. A full size bathroom with ample vanity storage and spacious tub and shower. All hotel quality Linens provided and AT&T fiber wifi.

Den has been refurnished with bright beachy comfy furniture to lounge on while watching TV wifi streamed broadcasts thru Hulu+ , Disney+ and full ESPN pkg.
Portable wet bar cabinet is stocked with everything you need for evening cocktails.

This is the lowest nightly rate you will find on Pleasure Island and we will match if you find a better rate for comperable accommodations..

We had a very enjoyable stay. The unit is pet friendly, even providing a private area for our dog to exercise. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The location was central to all we were looking for.

Kevin was the ideal renter. He hardly made a peep and seemed to enjoy the quiet and solitude of the beach in the off season. He left the apartment just as he found it and I would welcome a chance to host he and his family again.

Excellent host. Great quick communication. Steps to beach. Bed slept well and we enjoyed TVs in living room and bedroom. Unit temperature was perfect. Host shared her beach chairs. Shady backyard is lovely. Ate breakfast at Ocean View Restaurant twice (0.7 mi from unit). Enjoyed the fishing pier and swings there, too. Everyone was so nice! Beach was uncrowded for Memorial Day weekend. Trip was just what we needed!

I am thrilled that you enjoyed your time here at Oceanside. I loved meeting and talking to you. If you do find a place here, I am sure we willbe great friends. WIshing your daughter good luck as she does her residency here at New Hanover Hospital. Hope you stay with me again when you are back in the area. ( after your wedding weekend, you will need another vacay!)
