As this is a resort, the owner does not pick which unit you get or take care of it, so its pot luck how the rooms will be . Our rooms were clean and we asked the front desk for a room without steps which they did, my family liked the pool as well. However the beds and pillows were not good and in middle of the night my wife went to sleep in my kids room where one of the beds was ok. I was not as lucky. All the owner could say was to pack up and ask front desk to move to a different villa, but that was big hassle for us so didn't bother. For ac in bedrooms didnt work, when we spoke to maintence they told us at night to shut vents on other room to make bedrooms a little better so now we knew for next night, When our hot water went out with my son in the bath and shampoo in his hair, maintence did come rightaway and an hour later the hot water returned but by then we had already boiled water to rinse my sons head and my daughter went to sleep without a bath . So for such a great price you might end up with a great unit but its a gamble and youu might get to know the nice folk at the front desk staff. P.s. the confirmation email we got and what the app says is 12 pm checkout but email from owner is 10am so make sure to read owners email (and front desk might give you an extension till noon if asked but again its between you and the front desk) so not owners fault, this is how resorts work
