Beach access is a short 10-min walk. The primary bedroom has a KING bed and the secondary bedroom has two TWIN beds. The den has a QUEEN-sized pullout sofa.

For golf enthusiasts, the world-renowned TPC Sawgrass is across the A1A about a 8-min drive. Starbucks, Publix, Walgreens, ABC wine and spirits as well as other shops can be found across AIA at Sawgrass Village.

Note that a Sawgrass Country Club membership does not come with the rental. Guests staying more than a month may contact the Country Club and inquire about a temporary membership. Guests DO have access to the private Sawgrass Beach (.8 miles) and the community pool (not oceanside) located at 17 South Nine Dr inside the neighborhood.
