The only exception is if a mandatory evacuation order is issued by the National Weather Service, the City of Ashford, or Pierce or Lewis County emergency services. If no mandatory evacuation is in place, all reservations remain non-refundable, even if guests choose to leave early or are unable to complete their stay.
