So great location on a bluff on Beaver lake. It is located in the middle of 3 other bigger houses, but there is space between them all with plenty of trees and shrubbery between them to feel a little secluded from one another. It was very clean and the lay out is nice and comfortable with a queen and a bunk bed in an open space with the living space and kitchen in between. If you are looking for a spot to visit Eureka Springs it is a little over 20 minutes from there so consider that not a big deal for us just a note for others. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Loved the hot tub and it is exclusive to that building. The road in is pretty rough in a couple spots. I certainly wouldn't take a sedan or any lower riding vehicles in. There was a couple minivans next door, take that for what it is worth. It was very dry when we went, We came in a larger SUV. Overall very very happy with the stay and location it is very scenic and beautiful. All instructions were sent via e-mail and nicely detailed and clear.

The drive was a little bit rough but we warned and brought thr propper car!
