Our little slice of heaven is located on a quiet street near the end of a cul-de-sac with quick direct water access to the beautiful Gulf Coast with pristine beaches, and just a few blocks on foot to Old Marco Village. It is the perfect retreat for a family or couples as it offers large living areas, and boasts 3 bedrooms, including a separate primary bedroom suite. Sleeps up to 8 people. The home has recently been updated with coastal charm and new furnishings. In true Florida style, the outdoors meets the indoors featuring a resort-like screened in lanai complete with heated pool, lounging areas, pass through bar, surfboard table, firepit, and gas grill. We have taken care of every detail, making sure that you have all the luxuries and conveniences needed for a carefree stay.

My husband and are from Grand Rapids, MI. We first visited Marco Island in 2008 and fell in love with the area! We purchased a home on the island with dreams of retiring there some day. In the meantime, we decided to rent out our home, so that others could enjoy it. Then, in 2019 we purchase a 2nd home on Marco, which is larger and can accommodate our family when they visit. For the past few years, we have spent our winters and spring in Marco. We spend our spare time golfing, boating, playing pickleball, walking the beach and collection shells. The island has really grown over the years and we enjoy the variety of restaurants the island has come to offer. We hope you love it here as much as we do! If you need any helpful tips or recommendations, we are here to gladly assist you!
