This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. modern retreat offers comfort, style, and convenience just a short drive from Downtown Dallas.
🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:
6 beds total — 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twin beds, and 1 toddler floor bed
* 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms — featuring a spacious master suite with a relaxing soaking tub
* Fully equipped kitchen — everything you need for home-cooked meals
*Private courtyard & patio — ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings
*Backyard with trampoline — great for kids and outdoor fun
(Use Trampoline at your own risk. Adult supervision is required at all times)
* Spacious layout — plenty of room to unwind comfortably
*Large driveway with easy parking
Enjoy a quiet, safe neighborhood while staying close to shopping, dining, and major attractions in the Dallas area.
*Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door/porch and in the backyard/patio, monitoring outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
Please note: Garage is not included and is used for owner storage.

The house was very clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra supplies, like toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms. However, there were no rolls of paper towels and dish soap.The thing we did not like were the beds, more specifically the one in the master bedroom. It made a loud squeeky noise every time you moved and there were also no flat sheets on the beds, only fitted, which means you had only a lightweight comforter to cover up with. Some people may sleep without a sheet to cover up with, but do the comforters get washed after each visit? We would also recommend not washing linens in scented detergents or fabric softeners.
