Really enjoyed our time staying here. The house had charm and was clean, well equipped, and stocked. Also, it was in a nice area close to everything. The backyard was amazing…Pool, bbq, lounge chairs, etc. Silvia was very responsive. Looking forward to going again next year

Silvia was very easy to deal with. She was quick to respond to questions and made sure you were aware of things happening in the area (helicopters flying due to President being at Mar-a-Largo). House was comfortable and the pool area was a relaxing oasis. Location was great for our itinerary.

We have stayed a number of places for Spring Training in Jupiter. This is our fave for a group. We had 4, in the 3 BR 2Bth house. Sylvia has thought of everything! Beds comfy, linens/towels nice, supplies of paper, soaps and condiments plentiful. I loved that we had a separate laundry room and our own pool. We would have been in heaven to take advantage of bbq'ing and eating on the nice deck, then relaxing in the loungers by the pool, but the weather was uncooperative. Next time. Thank you, Sylvia, for a very nice stay.

This is an awesome location near downtown West Palm Beach, right off Hwy 1. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but safe to walk and explore. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and more. Close to major highways leading to Palm Beach, Riveria Beach, the Cacti Ballpark, zoo, etc. The house is a small 3 bedroom/1 bath, with dining room, full kitchen, living room, and reading room. The extra full bathroom is in the laundry/pool house just a short distance from the house. Sylvia is a great host, very responsive and has fully equipped the house and pool with many safety features. The pool is great and the deck has loungers & 2 large tables one with benches and one with chairs, plus a grill. We had a great week watching the Astros at Spring Training and relaxing in and by the pool.

Great Stay

We have stayed at this property for two years in a row. The owner/host is very helpful, communication is great and we always feel welcomed. The outdoor space is amazing, with a large private pool area, including multiple tables/chairs and a grill. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed (pans, dishes, utensils, etc.). We will definitely return for future trips to the area!

The house is a well maintained, classic early 20th century Florida home, with the bonus of a great back yard pool and two patio entertainment areas. There is also a washer and dryer in a separate space on the pool deck that performed well, which also included a full bathroom. The location is 15 minutes from PBI (though airport noise was never an issue), within 20-30 minutes of major shopping areas and a wide variety of dining options, with many restaurants much closer. We enjoyed the Norton Museum, the Manatee Lagoon, a wildlife rescue, water taxe cruise in Jupiter, and a great variety of dining adventures in addition to the backyard pool. The house is a half mile from the Intracoastal waterway, which provided a great path for my daily runs.Silvia is a great host, who maintained regular communications with us before, during and after we booked, and was very responsive during our stay. The only thing that kept this at a 4() star rather than 5 star rating was the occasional loud vehicles on the local streets, and trains (no horns) a couple of blocks away. The main bathroom was small, but the ceilings in the house are high and the shower head was more than adequate for my 6'3" frame to stand underneath.All in all, an enjoyable vacation!

Perfect cottage getaway

We were in town to watch Spring Training, and this was a perfect rental for our family of four. Each of our kids had their own bedroom, and we spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the back yard. It's a very cozy house, and we loved that there were even sand toys and boogie boards we could take to the beach.

Girls Weekend

The house is perfect for a group of 5-6 people. Plenty of space and the pool area is amazing. The location is only a short drive from different restaurants, shopping, and the Breakers. The house was well stocked with everything we could need. Silvia was very communicative over text and made the check in process very easy. The neighborhood was also very quite.

The outdoor space makes this place!

Easy check in, private backyard. Location was close to many activities. Owners were responsive but not overbearing, house was clean and very well stocked with everything! Our pups enjoyed their stay as well.
