Villa La Estancia now has an All-Inclusive Plan! Big discounts when you book it through us!

Things to Note:
-September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept. Some amenities may be closed.
-Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!


- Welcome to paradise!! 
- This beautiful villa is the Ocean Front, first unit from the beach....just a few short steps to the pool from the patio and beautiful Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in the area.
- Your own Personal Concierge is yours during your stay to arrange dinner reservations, excursion reservations, private chef and so much more!
- Large Bedrooms with all King Beds (5)!
- The villa has three bedrooms and four full baths with updated furniture.
- The baths are all marble with granite counter tops. Two of the bathrooms have large whirlpool tubs.
- Kitchen - Fully Stocked-Stainless appliances (small and large), granite countertops, breakfast bar

- Filtered water throughout resort and villa! 
- Laundry Room with washer, dryer, and sink.

Enjoy the ocean breeze from the large terrace! The terrace has ceiling fans, wet bar with refrigerator and a gas grill.

This resort is adjacent to the Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco resorts and guests of Villa La Estancia are welcome to use the amenities of those resorts which includes the full-service supermarket, video store, and deli. Both other resorts also have a children's activity center which is available to our guests 656

この宿泊施設の特徴

 - Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
