With quick and easy freeway access, you'll swiftly reach both the east and west valley and only minutes to Downtown Phoenix.

While having a vehicle is recommended for optimal convenience, our central location offers accessible dining options within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
This is an older 1920s Historic home in the Historic Coronado District. This means electrical outlets are extremely limited. Please don’t unplug anything that is already on site as it is plugged in for a reason. Also, the electrical capabilities are less than modern homes when running multiple appliances at once.
Parking is limited to the STREET ONLY! NO DRIVEWAY PARKING ALLOWED!
Heating in this home is provided by space heaters, as the central furnace is no longer active. Please refrain from moving space heaters around, as they have been set in the most optimal positions for the home.
BBQ Grill & fire pit are propane gas, one full tank of gas is provided for each, any excessive usage will be charged to the guest.
No washer or dryer is available for guest use.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
