This third floor unit has been tastefully updated and comfortably furnished. Situated overlooking the beautiful tropical lagoon surrounded, heated pool and just a short stroll from the oceanside pool and private access to miles of pristine beach. The kitchen has been fully equipped and there is a dining table for 4 and 2 additional bar seats. The spacious living area has a flat screen TV and direct access to a large balcony with pool views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool view balcony. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and flat screen TVS. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated. The unit offers a large laundry room just outside the front door with a full size washer and dryer. There are beach chairs, kids beach toys and boogie boards provided for your enjoyment. The complex offers two large pools for all guests, an Oceanside Pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping. No smoking, No pets.

Better than we expected - Beautifully decorated condo with a beach theme and relaxing colors - close to beach, pools, and downtown. The host responded promptly to my questions and recommended some great restaurants. La Strada had excellent Italian food and atmosphere. Fiesta Falls mini golf is within walking distance - such a creative course with pretty landscaping.

The condo was great! We loved being within a few minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of seating for my family of four. Our only complaint was the tenants in the unit above ours. They live there full-time and have multiple children and animals running, screaming, and banging at all hours of the day and night. I realize this is nothing the condo owner can control, but I wanted to make you aware of the noise and disturbance. The screaming and banging was very early in the am, through the entire day, and then until almost midnight every night. It woke my entire family up early each am. This was our only complaint. The property was beautiful condo and location.

Convenient to everything in Historic StAug. It’s very close to lots of eating options and about a mile from Publix. The two pools were nice. Not sure both were heated but the lagoon pool definitely was. Because it’s early April we did have days of rain and wind so the heated pool was good. The unit itself overlooks the lagoon pool and is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator to help, found it after carrying lots of bags 3 floors. The unit is new to rentals which is both good and unique. There are no extras like coozies or the things that rentals accumulate over time. That’s not a big deal I just know that sometimes when I plan a vacation I try and account for what’s probably there or not. They do have nice beach chairs and beach cart. The laundry unit is convenient for Sandy stuff drying the week…just do small loads of laundry at a time. We leaned this the more difficult way. I would stay here again. No funny smells or stains.

The unit was a close walk to the beach and it was plenty of space for 3 adults. The beds were somewhat firm. The kitchen could use some refreshing like new skillets and additional items like a blender. A bathroom rug and some newer towels would be nice. Info about the hidden elevator at the end of the unit would have been helpful to have before checking in. The gate lock to the beach needs to be changed out because it was difficult to open.
