Confortable and bright flat, located on the 12th floor, with a breathtaking sea view!
60M2 - Lounge / living room with beautiful terrace, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, bathroom with walk-in shower. Sofa bed in the living room.

The terrace is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and a small herb garden. The terrace is fitted with a net to prevent objects falling down inadvertently.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Vitro, fridge/freezer, dishwaher, Nespresso machine, kettle and microwave.
Wifi available in the flat.

The building has 3 lifts but you need to walk up some stairs to get to the level where the lifts are.

Free Public street parking in front of the building. (do not park in the first 2 lanes closer to the beach from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon as there is a market every Saturday morning using these 2 lanes)

Supermarkets, tourism office and Shops within 5 min walk.

Great Street market every Saturday morning in front of the building.

Very nice Flat with great view

Very nice Flat close to the Beach, Restaurants, Shopping-Center, etc. Additional its equipped with all necessary things in the kitchen, bathroom, living-room, etc. All together a very good place to have relaxed holidays.

Wonderful stay

Perfect spacious apartment with all amenities to hand. Wonderful views of the whole beach area and spectacular sunrise from the balcony over Roses. The owner is lovely and so helpful in every way. I would highly recommend.

Face a la mer

Petit appartement, tres propre, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et Roses. Le confort, ainsi que tous les équipements mis a disposition nous ont permis de passer un super sejour a Empuriabrava.

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in Empuriabrava. Großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung und Küche, alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Schnelles WI-FI. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Sandrine - lieben Dank. Besonders geliebt haben wir den wunderschönen Meerblick (12. Etage).

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil ist der grosse Wohnblock. Wenn unten auf dem Platz viel los ist, lärmt es dadurch etwas mehr… hat aber mit der Wohnung oder Gastgeberin nichts zu tun! Dafür entschädigt der tolle Ausblick umso mehr! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Empuriabrava verbracht. Sandrine ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns persönlich begrüßt hat und sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk für uns hatte. Bereits vor unserem Urlaub hat sie uns mit Informationen versorgt, so dass wir uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt haben. Und auch während unseres Urlaubs war sie immer für uns da. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft und dem Sonnenaufgang hinter den Bergen zuzusehen ist einmalig schön. Wir haben es sehr genossen jede Mahlzeit auf dem Balkon einnehmen zu können (morgens benötigt man jedoch einen Schirm, da die Sonne direkt auf den Balkon scheint --> Schirm befindet sich aber in der Wohnung). Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut und die Ausstattung ausreichend, so dass wir in 3 Wochen nichts vermisst haben. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und freuen uns schon wieder auf Empuriabrava und die tolle Wohnung. Danke an Sandrine, eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin

Nous avons été déçu sur le fait que nous devions m'être de vêtement par dessus nos maillots de bain pour traverser l'immeuble qui se trouve au pied de la plage, sinon rien à redire sur l'appartement conforme aux photos La literie était très confortable

Du bonheur !

Nous avons passé une super semaine ! L'appartement est très bien équipé avec en plus une machine à laver ! Il est très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre-ville et de toutes commodités ... et d'une superbe et longue plage de sable fin aux pieds de l'immeuble. Mais ce que nous avons surtout aimé, c'est la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la baie de Rosas ... On ne s'en laissait pas ! Un grand merci également à Sandrine, la propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils ! Si on revient un jour à Empuriabrava, on reprendra sans hésiter cette location.

The view from the living room and the main bedroom just did it for us... the retreat spot. It´s beautiful all year round.
