We try to stick to our 4 PM check-in time. We recommend using a luggage drop-off service, such as Bounce Luggage Storage in The Gulch or Nashville Luggage Drop.
- Is it free parking?
No. You need to register your car and pay for the parking fee via the QR code to park your car in the property.
Here`s the parking rate:
- $25 per night for a stay of 1 to 2 nights
- $25 per night with a 40% discount for stays of 3 or more nights using a discount code (to be provided, please message us upon arrival)
If our parking lot is full, overflow & free parking is available at the Burger King and Sonic across the street. Please note that 25th Hour is not liable for any damage to vehicles parked in these areas.
House Rules & Guest Agreement
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all guests, the following terms and conditions apply to every reservation:
Responsibility for Damages
Guests accept full financial responsibility for any damage to the property, furnishings, or common areas, as well as any violations of these House Rules. Charges will be assessed as necessary to restore the property.
Minimum Age Requirement
The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and must remain present for the duration of the stay.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and, if granted, are subject to a fee of $25 per hour. Unauthorized late departures that interfere with housekeeping operations will incur additional charges.
Local Guest Restrictions
Reservations from guests residing within the local area are not permitted without prior written approval. The host reserves the right to cancel such bookings at its discretion.
Prohibited Activities
Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum fine of $1,000, in addition to all costs associated with cleaning, deodorization, and repairs.
Occupancy Limits
Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are permitted to occupy the unit overnight. Unauthorized occupants constitute a violation of this agreement.
Parking & Safety Compliance
Guests must park exclusively in designated areas. Blocking fire lanes, access points, or other vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate towing at the vehicle owner`s expense, without notice.
Property Access Control, Guest & Visitor Identification
To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the property, management reserves the right to request the name on the reservation, room/unit number, and a valid government-issued photo ID from any registered guest or visitor at any time during the stay. All guests and visitors are expected to fully cooperate with this policy upon request. Failure or refusal to provide valid identification or verify authorized access may be considered a violation of these House Rules and may result in denied entry, immediate removal from the property, or termination of the reservation without refund. This policy is in place to protect the safety, privacy, comfort, and overall experience of all guests, residents, and staff.
Property Inspections & Right of Entry
All reservations extending to seven (7) consecutive days or longer are subject to routine property inspections.
Management reserves the right to enter the unit to conduct scheduled inspections to verify compliance with these House Rules and the Rental Agreement, ensure the property is being properly maintained, and identify any maintenance, safety, or repair concerns that may require attention. Such inspections may be conducted without the guest`s prior consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of this rental agreement.
Management also reserves the right to enter the unit immediately, without prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to protect life or property, perform emergency repairs, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Personal Property
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Any items left behind after departure may be discarded, as storage and return cannot be guaranteed.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized animals will result in a $500 fine. Guests traveling with service animals are requested to notify the host in advance.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Guests assume all risk of loss, injury, or damage arising from their use of the premises and its facilities and agree to hold the host harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Agreement & Enforcement
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these House Rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property without refund, and assessment of any applicable fees, damages, or penalties.

Trash & Cleanliness

Excessive mess, staining, or misuse of linens and towels will incur additional charges.
Missing or damaged linens will be billed at replacement cost.
