Andrew was born and raised in the DC area, Alumni of Virginia Tech. Spent his childhood exploring WV with his extended family, dreamed of owning property when growing up and now 'Bear Necessities' ticks that box. Nikki is a Sydneysider, born and raised on the northern beaches of New South Wales Australia. We are both keen travelers and enjoy everything that this world has to offer.

We love this area of WV, the people/community are so welcoming. The land, views and getting into the soul of the environment is what we crave when it is time to unwind and disconnect.

This property is secluded, in the woods with the touches that allow for comfort that encourages a truly restful time. Soaking in the hot tub watching the stars is a treat! Everynow and then you will hear/see fighter jets come up and over the mountain on their maneuvers from the VA base.
