Located just a skosh outside of the resort gate, this Litchfield by the Sea condo offers a third-floor position with pool view from the private balcony, cozy living area, full kitchen, and access to all resort amenities – perfect for the budget-minded traveler.
The popular community pool with lazy river, play plaza, hot tub, and bar is only steps away. The beach is an easy walk with scenic views along the way. If transporting your favorite beach provisions is a necessity, take the car. The beach is barely a 2-minute drive with free parking at the access way!

Take a drive a few miles north along Ocean Highway 17 to the forested state park entrance where visitors will fall under the enchanting spell of the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and marshlands.
Only a few miles away as well is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation.
