Our host was easy to contact and answered all our questions pŕomptly.The place was comfortable, spacious and clean. Great location! We could watch the sunset and deer from our front deck. Generous host left us a nice bottle of wine and free passes to play mini-golf. We would definitely like to come back.

So much room for 10

I was pleased with how well the cabin was stocked. Everything I brought from home stayed packed. Beautiful view of the water, plenty of room for the kids and there were also toys. A very enjoyable experience. Even a bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. The place was bright, airy and extremely clean. Thank you Heather!!

Grand Beach Life!

Grand Beach (Marais) area is our old stomping grounds. We traveled back for a wedding in the area. As we were grandparents, adult children and 3 young grandchildren, this was perfect. The only reason I did not check 5 for cleanliness is that we happened upon the "fish fly" season. So no fault on property manager/owner for that. We were appreciative of having the owner being next door. She was so accommodating and wanted to make sure everything was great. We even managed getting ready for the wedding with just one bathroom. LOL. It was the perfect place to be. Thanks.

Family Stay

Heather’s place was just right for our family: grandparents, parents, and small kids. It was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. There’s a large, lovely front deck from which you can watch the sun set over the lake. There were beach toys and lots of backyard space for games. It was just right for us!!

Perfect little getaway

Heather was fantastic to communicate with and very accommodating. The cabin was very clean and spacious, and provided all the essentials! We will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable and easy for a fishing trip.

Very accommodating host. Found the property clean and organized. Close distance to the lake access for our UTVs. Caught a lot of fish within sight of the property.

Great cottage on the lake

The cottage with great with all the amenities and more. Lovely view of the lake and close to Grand Beach. Heather the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay! She was always available with any questions we had. We would definitely book this cottage again! The Cox & Devries Families

Heather is great but way too many spiders

Heather(the landlord) is very easy to deal with and is a fantastic host. They property is very nice but definitely has a spider issue. Multiple times throughout the stay we had spiders crawling on our shoulders and webs in every corner of every room. We even had webs from our pillows to the walls in the mornings.

Great Hot Weekend!

Great Location on the water. Host was great and always available if needed. Beds were comfy. Was a few spiders around the cabin that we had to continually deal with and one out of the two air conditioners didn’t blow cold air very well but other then that the cabin is really nice and spacious! Would definitely recommend!

First time Home Away Experience Great

This was my first experience booking a cottage on Home Away. The booking process was easy and the property owner contacted me quickly after my reservation was confirmed. The Host Heather was easy to communicate with, providing us with all the info needed for our arrival. thx for the welcome bottle of wine, a delightfull surprise !
