Free street parking is available directly in front of the home and is the easiest option for most guests.

A detached garage is also available and is accessed from the rear alley.

Please note that the alley has uneven pavement and several potholes. SUVs and vehicles with standard or higher ground clearance generally do well, but low-clearance or sports cars are encouraged to use street parking instead.

Perfect location, close to Fountain Square and downtown. Very clean and well equipped and the host even left snacks which were greatly appreciated after a long drive. Street parking was easy, found a spot in front of the house every time.

The house was as advertised.Very clean and very well stocked with everything we may have needed for our stay. The parking was on the street, but can get crowded As you only park on one side of the street. We did use the garage and the alley was easy to maneuver If you drove slow over the potholes. Owner was extremely helpful for small issues. Would definitely stay there again and recommend the home to those traveling to the area.

We came to Indy for a tournament. The house was close to everything we could of possibly wanted to do. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. It was clean. Nice enough back yard for my dog to go outside. There were lots of extras in the home. The house was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was the only thing that was concerning. Bordered up houses, vacant houses. Alley littered with debri. The Vrbo itself was clean, and well-maintained. We had all we needed.

You’re right, the neighborhood is in transition, similar to many areas in Indianapolis that are being revitalized. We know the alley could use some attention, and we’ve already submitted a maintenance request with the city. The house across the street unfortunately had a fire earlier this year but is scheduled for demolition. We’re happy to hear you found the home clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
