The house, built in the mid nineteenth century, particularly for the area and it is different from the typical farmhouses Reggio.

Typical house, the dwelling of the lord facing west and with an Italian garden still exists has the stable and barn in the main building and the homes of farmworkers on the east side.
The particular shape of the building has favored a conservative restructuring, non-invasive. The external appearance of the building has remained unchanged as well as all access doors. Inside the restaurant has been completely renovated with high quality finishes and planimetric modern, to ensure maximum use of space and the best comfort.

    Rural Stay

    Great location for experiencing one of the great food areas of the world and a short drive to some wonderful small cities and experiences. host was very helpful and responsive to all needs. Please remember this is a working farm surrounded by other farms and hard working people and is an a authentic experience than staying in a hotel.

    Beautiful Farm home

    We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family.

    Agritourism in the centre of Emilia Romagna

    The appartment is well situated between Reggio nell Emilia, Modena and Bologna and not far from the lovely hills of the Appenin Mountains hence offering lots of opportunities for biking and hiking. It has a large terrace which invites for having breakfeast in the morning and dinner in the evening. For this we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped. We would have also enjoyed contacts with the farmer.In summary, we liked this place.

    Life on a winery

    Generally a good visit. Place was in a good location and close to most things. Host was very pleasant. It was a holiday so some things were closed. Could use a toaster, AC wasn’t working but it coolsd off at night. Porch was great. Gave us a nice bottle of wine. For TV either have a smart TV so we could hook up Netflix of have at least one English lang Channel. Very nice stay

    Séjour dans les vignes

    Endroit idéal pour des balades à pied ou à vélo et aux heures de lecture sous les arbres. Proximité de Parme et Modène. Logement spacieux ; dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de volets aux portes-fenêtres car il fait très chaud. Un regret : la personne qui nous a accueillis n'a jamais répondu à nos SMS.

    Rummelig lejlighed med dejlig terrasse, hvorfra vi kunne følge vinhøsten og togdriften. Skønt med aircondition i soveværelserne. Dejligt at kunne købe stedets vin. Tips til værten: Vi kunne godt have ønsket lidt flere stole på terrassen. Lidt mindre sparsomt køkkenudstyr ville have været dejligt, vi købte lidt af det der manglede. Bruserafskærmning i bad på 1. sal kunne også have været godt.

    horrible!!! l'appartement est plutôt grand ,mais l'équipement de la cuisine nettement dérisoire pas de micro onde, pas de four juste 2 poêles et une plaque à gaz pas de torchons pas de plats de services, réfrigérateur à l'agonie ,le pire est la proximités d'étables l'odeur du purin insoutenable du petit déjeuner au diner ,nous sommes rentrés un jour +tôt,je reste à votre disposition pour + de détails

    Mi dispiace molto leggere queste parole, cercheremo di migliorarci. Ci terrei però a dire che noi non abbiamo una stalla e nessun tipo di liquame, abbiamo una cantina, quindi l'odore insopportabile non è una critica che possiamo accettare. Buona giornata Patrizia Je suis vraiment désolé de lire ces mots, nous allons essayer de nous améliorer. Cependant, je voudrais préciser que nous n'avons pas d'écurie ni d'égouts, nous avons une cave, donc l'odeur insupportable n'est pas une critique que nous pouvons accepter. Bonne journée Patricia

    Un séjour très fatiguant malgré la beauté des lieux

    Je vais commencer par le positif : C'est une ferme charmante avec un jardin qui donne envie d'y passer du temps. La vue sur les vignes est splendide et on aperçoit au loin les montagnes. Le logement était spacieux et l'accueil sympathique. En plus il y avait de la climatisation. Le négatif : On y entend les trains à tout heure et notamment la nuit. On est réveillé dès 6h du matin par les tracteurs qui partent dans les vignes. Ça réveille et fatigue. Mais surtout la literie est vraiment de mauvaise qualité. Ça ne coûterait pas grand chose aux propriétaires de la changer et ça éviterait aux clients d'avoir mal partout. Malgré les points positifs, je ne souhaite pas y retourner car les vacances c'est fait pour se reposer.

    Fabuleux !

    Un cadre somptueux, L’accueil si chaleureux de Patrizia !! Le petit déjeuner sur la grande terrasse avec pour horizon le magnifique vignoble à perte de vue Les enfants ont adoré le jardin et les petits compagnons à 4 pattes. Cet endroit est un bijou dans une magnifique région !

    Bon accueil et hébergement spacieux et calme, conforme à la description. Logement assez bien situé à proximité d'axes routiers, et ferrovières. Ustensiles de cuisine un peu insuffisant (cafetière mini avec poignée cassée .. pas de théière). pas de chance avec la période d'épandage dans les champs alentours !

    Au calme dans un domaine viticole

    Très bon emplacement pour visiter Modene Parme Mantoue et Bologne Grand appartement avec immense terrasse avec vue sur le vignoble Grand jardin avec avec bancs , tables pour manger dehors sous les pêchers et figuiers et assez de place pour une partie de foot Et notre hôte se fait un plaisir pour une dégustation de vins Une bouteille de lambrusco du domaine est gentiment offerte Un séjour très plaisant

    Herrenhaus beim Weinproduzenten

    Das Anwesen liegt zentral zwischen den Großstädten Bologna und Parma jeweils ca 40 km entfernt. Unsere Familienferienwohnung war groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Leider gab es einige Spinnweben im unteren Geschoss der zweistöckigen Wohnung. Es wohnen viele Menschen in dem großen Herrenhaus wodurch es nicht ganz ruhig ist. Die Lautstärke durch die vorbeifahrenden Züge in cirka 400 m Entfernung ist, wer es nicht gewöhnt ist, besonders nachts nicht zu vernachlässigen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist aber die Ferienwohnung weiter zu empfehlen!

    Einfache, gemütliche Wohnung zum Entspannen

    Gemütliche Wohnung, mit viel Platz, großer Terrasse, zwei Bädern. Das Herrenhaus liegt umringt von Reben, der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

    Mal cuidado y sin mantenimiento

    El anuncio no refleja la realidad. Estancia poco cuidada sin mantenimiento, puerta del baño que no cierra, falta un cajón del armario, jambas de.las.puertas estropeada,.. Muy pocos utensilios de.cocina, sartenes estropeadas, poca., vajilla,... Por otro lado, el sitio entre.viñedos es muy bonito, pero se hace eterno moverte con el coche hasta que llegas a las ciudades de alrededor, debido a las carreteras, que son estrechas y muy transitadas. El viaje muy bien, precioso, pero muy mal el alojamiento.

    Pour son authenticité

    Très agréablement surpris pas le lieux,et l’accueil du propriétaire. Le vin de ce vignoble est excellent...à découvrir très certainement. L’appartement est très bien équipé, les chambres sont grandes et possède une très belle terrasse pour y prendre les repas. Je recommande sans hésitation.
