This property is conveniently located by the ski lift and unit was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. The balcony provided beautiful views of the area. Instructions for check in and finding the parking space are a little complicated, but we were able to check in at the off-site office by following thorough instructions, and found our parking space after watching the provided Vimeo showing how. Will stay again!

The location was great and the unit was well equipped. Only complaint was the shower. It was not an appropriate set up for tub and made showering a real challenge.

Incredible location with great amenities. We were able to take lifts to trails, shops and restaurants within five minutes. Beautiful balcony view.

This was a lovely place with everything provided that we needed for a great stay. Excellent location - the lobby led right to the little village with shops and restaurants.

Snowmass stay good, Aspen not so much

The condo @ Hayden was GREAT. The location outside of Aspen was even better - less congestion. Not much was open as it was early June, and we could only find one basket on the disc golf course, so both of those aspects were disappointing. Aspen is overrated, for sure. We preferred the more "quaint nature" of Snowmass Village. Maroon Bells and our other hikes were great, and that was why we came, so that part worked out well! I would recommend Hayden building or Snowmass for your, hands down, over being in Aspen; always congested, way overpriced, even for a "tourist trap/limited supplies access" area.

Great ski getaway

What an awesome visit to Snowmass!! The location of this rental could not be more convenient - walk out the door and onto the lift! The place was clean and comfortable and quiet! Will definitely stay here again!!

Only Stay If More 2-3 Days - Not worth the hassle for quick getaway!

Would not recommend for a long weekend. The whole, key pick up off site, special specific parking within the parking garage,using the dumbwaiter to bring items from the parking garage one floor up, only to put on another elevator is an ordeal! The luggage carts aren't the best.....if you can find one. Gear lockers in another area and the key was upstairs in the room. (Wasn't clear where to find.) Plus you can't leave the vehicle in this garage if skiing that day and you have to pay another 40 to move plus be out by 10AM. Washer was leaking and they told us when we got the key, but would be fixed the next day. Didn't realize the carpet was wet until walked on in socks. Also check out instructons were to carry out your trash, but hard to find where to dispose. I would think at this level, taking out trash should be included. Would stay in this area, but not this place.

Terrible customer service. Rude text responses. Coffee maker broken. They don’t care. Disgusting old tissues in the hot tub. If you wanna ski on your departure day it’s a total mess. They make you first drive your keys to an office in the morning so you can’t get on the lift early even though you paid money to have a great location - and then you can’t get back into the parking area because you just returned your keys and parking pass…
