キッチンにはフルサイズの冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、フルサイズのコーヒーメーカーとお茶などがあります。

Everything you need!

Booked last minute and this was our first stay here. We were very happy with the both the cabin, the surroundings and the proximity to Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. There are multiple cabins in the compound and this would be the perfect location for several couples planning to visit the area but who don't want to share a multi-room house. Everything was clean and functional. We stayed in the Hope cabin which I gather is the smallest but we never felt cramped for space. The view out the back patio was very nice and while we never used the outdoor shower, it is a neat addition to the cabin for sure. Access was super easy and the directions were easy to follow. We had a good rainstorm while we were there and sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs listening to the rain on the tin roof was very relaxing. We've stayed at quite a few places in the area and God's country is definitely a standout!

We reserved the Hope cabin for four nights the first week in July. Things got off on the wrong foot when we showed up to the cabin on Sunday and it had not been serviced/cleaned. Not what you want after a long drive. The bed had not been changed and there were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. I called the rental company after hours phone and within a few minutes I got a call back. I was told it was marked as being cleaned but that the cleaning person lived a few minutes away and would be over to clean. We left and went into town to eat dinner. When we returned in two hours the cabin was cleaned and serviced. The cabin is very nice and the location is great. We were the only ones on the property during our visit so it was very peaceful. The four cabins would be a great place for multiple family members or friends to stay. The listing indicates that the Hope cabin is the most recently built however my guess is that it is at least 4-5 years old. We did not use the outdoor shower. To me it appears that the entire property was once very well taken care of and someone took lots of pride in the construction and design. However, it does appear that this may have changed over the years. Still a nice, peaceful, clean place to relax and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. In my opinion, it will need a little TLC to stay a top 10 review in the future. We left the day before the horrific floods devastated the Kerrville area just south of the cabins. God bless !

We enjoyed our stay. We would give a five star, however the only issue we had was that the air conditioner did not keep the cabin very cool at night. Other than that, we enjoyed the hospitality and personal touches!

Great property!

My daughter and I stayed at Hope cabin. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and cute. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the back porch. The bed was large and comfortable. When we stayed we were only ones on property and it was so quit and peaceful. The property was the perfect distance for peacefulness and a good distance from everything we wanted to see in do in the area. We would stay on property in the future.

Hidden Little Gem in Fredericksburg

I booked this cabin on a whim on 4th of July weekend and boy am I glad I found it. It is located on a ranch with three other surrounding cabins and there are animals on property that you can view from your front porch. The cabin itself was immaculate and has everything you need for a quick getaway. I stayed at the Hope cabin that has a little outdoor shower and my husband loved it. I got up every morning and drank coffee on the front porch on the rocking chair and just breathed in the fresh country air and watched the cattle grazing by. If you have a larger group you can book the surrounding cabins and have a family experience out there. I highly recommend booking God's country cabins. I hope to be able to come back one day.

Overall nice cabin and quiet location. TV should have a swivel mount so TV can be viewed from bed. Also, courtesy robs should be washed after each stay. There were snot tissues left in robes and was disgusted.

Annular eclipse trip

I enjoyed my time at Hope cabin. The facility was very nice and loved sitting out on the porch. A side benefit was the stargazing too! Perfect place to go unwind and close proximity to the Lady Bird golf course. Even enjoyed the herd of deer as I was leaving.

A Peaceful Getaway

Absolutely loved the location. The stars at night were amazing from the back deck. Loved the outside shower and the outdoor grill and gazebo. Bed was comfortable and the decor was great. Lots of meaning in the decorations! Great for a peaceful getaway and much needed rest and relaxation. We will come back and stay in the HOPE cabin.

Fabulous Cabin

We've stayed in the God's Country Cabins many times, and they never disappoint. This was our first time staying in cabin Hope. It was fabulous. The cabin was clean, many amenities provided (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bottles of water, Pepsi, cookies, a few snacks), and the TV/air conditioner were in great working order. The property is very well kept. The greatest thing about these cabins are the proximity to Fredericksburg and the wineries. Close enough to get there with a short trip but far enough away to get away from the noise. We'll definitely stay here again!

Perfect little cabin

My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable and warm stay in the Hope cabin. Very well-built, extremely clean and decorated so well. It really was the perfect cabin get-away, we just wish we could have stayed longer. My only suggestion is a new mattress. It was extremely soft.

Adorable and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in the Hope cabin. It was easy to check-in and find the cabin. We were greeted to lights on and snacks and drinks. For anyone wondering there are ice trays and a freezer available. Our cabin was cute and super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!
