House is in a great location, clean, slightly dated, quirky in its layout and lacked a real living room TV. That all said overall it was comfortable and accommodated my family effectively. The pool and outside area was great and really for us the selling point of the house. Our biggest issue is we paid for the pool to be heated and two of the three full days to heat to a usable temperature. Coming from a family who enjoys a cold plunge challenge it was challenging and frustrating considering the additional cost to heat the pull for 4 nights and 3 full days was 400. I checked the pool temp on arrival Wed evening hoping to get the kids in to burn some energy, but the temp was in the low 60’s. I notified the management company and they had someone out the next morning. Unfortunately it wasn’t until Saturday morning that the pool was usable. That said, the management team was responsive and polite, from my perspective the issue seemed to be poor preparation. I don’t think it’s unfair to expect the pool to be heated to a usable temperature on check in.
