Zach was an incredible host. He met us at the building entrance and walked us to our apartment. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He offered suggestions for restaurants. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see downtown. We had an event at the convention center, which was only a 5-minute walk away. We will definitely stay here again.

No the check was not quick our check in was extremely delayed due to previous tenants losing keys and locks having to be reprogrammed so we not able to even contact our host or check in until after 8pm and the valet was just ridiculous they lost my keys on one occasion brought me the wrong vehicle on another and lastly one was laid there asleep when we went to get our vehicle. Once I was able to get his contact info the host was great but we did have quite a few issues in the unit due to previous tenants breaking things and the day before we checked in so we had to deal with broken shower parts and getting locked inside the unit and afterwards not being able to lock the door at all for the rest of our stay.

My stay at this Dallas apartment was absolutely wonderful. The space has such a good vibe — warm, thoughtfully curated, and beautifully decorated. The colors and layout make it feel instantly inviting and much more personal than most short-term rentals. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and it felt central and convenient to everything in the city.Zackre was a fantastic host — kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great stay. You can tell he puts real care into both the apartment and the experience. The place is exactly as described (if not better) and really stands out compared to many other units in the building.I’d absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Dallas, this is it.

We were given a different room than what is shown. It was clean and nice ao we figured it would be fine. We went out for the evening and came back to someone elses stuff in the room. I tried contacting the host multiple times by phone and through vrbo and have received no communication since check in. Me and my husband made the decision to drive home at 10:30 at night since it is a massive safety issue that someone else had access to our room. I am still in the process of attempting to get a refund. This is our first time booking something other than a hotel and it will be the last, this has been the worst experience.

I never leave reviews like this, but was expecting a wonderful apt based on reviews. We were delayed checking in due to the host wanting to shampoo the carpets and then again due to the previous occupants not checking out on time. They did try to remedy this by sending an employee to pick us up at the rental car return. The floor ended up being hardwoods, that were dangerously slippery. The apartment was not as pictured in the VRBO listing, the decor was totally different. The apt was nicely furnished and from a birdseye view looked nice. It ended up being very damp and lacking in basics- ie the apt door handle was pretty much falling off (good thing the deadbolt worked). There was also no clothing storage at all, not a single closet or dresser that we had access to. The towels were brand new, as in not washed, held together by the plastic tags. There were no kitchen towels provided.

Very responsive and helpful! Even tho the suite had the power cut off, the host kept in touch and the place was very nice. Spacious, the decor was whimsical and very photogenic. And free parking is an absolute life saver!! Overall, great place to stay at.
