In the evenings, you can stroll through the lively night market and enjoy the many bars and restaurants nearby. From the bedroom, you have a view of the tropical garden with pool. The most beautiful sandy beaches of Koh Samui are just around the corner, making this spot ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. The nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute scooter ride away. With the airport just 9 km and Nathon Pier 15 km away, this is the perfect base to explore the island and even Koh Pha Ngan.

The villa is equipped with all comforts, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe in the bedroom. The pool and garden are regularly maintained so you can enjoy your stay without worries.

For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can visit the cozy Lek Nana restaurant on site, open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. Prefer to stay in? Order room service or indulge in a floating breakfast served right in your private pool.

Check-in/Check-out times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times; we will do our best to accommodate this depending on the booking schedule.

House rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules: no smoking in the villa, no pets, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. The pool and garden are maintained regularly to ensure everything is in perfect condition for your enjoyment.

Utilities: Electricity is charged separately based on your usage, at a rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. Water consumption is included in your stay.

Security deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 (five thousand) Baht is required upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
