The house was very clean. Very cute. The location was perfect. Short walk to the village. A little bit longer to the beach but very walkable from the village. I would stay there again if I were in the area. I wish the notice about bringing your own linens was more visible before booking because it is an extra fee to use the service but the service is reasonable and they were very pleasant to work with.

Our first family vacation in a number of years and picking this home was the best way to start. Everything you thought you brought and didn't has been supplied by the owners along with lots of extras!! The bedrooms were roomy with extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked including a dishwasher. I could have left the paper plates home :-).The walking distance from the house to the beach and the center of town was an easy one even for the kids. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. The house has plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or get together for a game. The washer and dryer downstairs was a god send. Can't say enough nice things about the home and the neighborhood.

Great location

This rental was beautiful, and spacious! Even the bedrooms were all good sized and comfortable, each one sporting an air conditioner. There are several separate living spaces for people to spread out inside the home including an enclosed porch and a front porch. The yard is quite large for those wanting to be outside. You can walk to Main Street if you desire, but our stay was during a heat wave so we opted to drive the short distance. The only downside I can think of for this rental is that we had to supply our own sheets and towels. It was an inconvenience that I am not used to when renting. Other than that, communication with the owners was prompt and thorough. They did give us information regarding a delivery service for bedding and towels, which we ended up using. This is a property I would definitely recommend to others who are interested in staying in Ogunquit, especially if you have several people looking to stay together.

Stayed here for three nights with 4 of my girlfriends. We loved this property!! It is located near downtown OGT in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The house was cozy and very clean. We enjoyed playing cards at the dining room table and sipping tea out on the screen porch. This place had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. Karen & Andrew were great hosts and I’d love to come back someday!

Great Location/Great Space

The house is great for a group. There are lots of gathering spaces. There is a nice big kitchen, dining room and living room. The best is the screened porch! The ability to walk downtown is a bonus. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great rental in Oquinquit, ME,

This was the first time renting this property for five life long girlfriends. There was lots of room for all of us. We absolutely loved the screen deck. Easy walking distance to downtown. We will definitely be back.

Classic Seaside Cottage

Our entire family enjoyed a wonderful week in one of our favorite vacation spots, thanks in no small part to Karen and Andrews beautiful home. The house is clean and well accommodated with multiple comfortable locations to socialize, get away and read a good book, or enjoy breakfast in a sunny corner of the porch. Would highly recommend to anyone for future stays in Ogunquit.

Ogunquit beach and downtown area is a great place to visit.

Overall our stay was satisfactory for 7 adults. We reported a few minor issues to be corrected for future guests. Overall rating is 4 stars. Communication and check-in process with property owners was rating of 5 stars. A disappointment was tree sap/pitch that dirtied 3 vehicles after a thunderstorm passed thru the area.

An excellent stay!

I just stayed in this lovely, large, very well-appointed, clean home this week (week of July 4th). The review was unanimous (3 adults, 2 teens): We LOVED the house. The layout is brilliant and there is always room for small groups to find privacy in an interesting corner of the house if they want to. Books galore, games, kitchen has everything we needed and more etc… The 3-season wraparound porch saved us during 3 days of rain. Very clean, owners very friendly and responsive. The location is LOVELY (gorgeous and quiet neighbor yet so close to the center), we really loved the quaint neighborhood. Only 12+ minutes from the beach depending on your pace. The house had very welcoming vibes. Thank you for an amazing week, Karen and Andrew!

A bit tired

Overall we were disappointed in this property. It needs major update. Very tired. First the positive: Plenty of parking. Outside of property well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen dishes clean. Enough space for everyone. There were five sisters. Appliances old but clean. Disappoints for us.: all furniture very old and tired. Definitely needs a deep clean. Very strong odor in downstairs bathroom. Smelled like smoke with heavy duty spray of Fabreeze. Very hard to get odor out. Severe leaks In both upstairs bathroom sink and shower. Upstairs bath very outdated. Flimsy slip covering over old sofas. No tv in living room. Even though we were paying a cleaning fee there were still many cleaning obligations they required to clean before leaving. Overall we all give a 2.5* rating compared to other properties we have stayed in our many years of yearly visits to Ogunquit.

Decent place to stay

We visited the area for a long weekend with the girls for some retail therapy, dining out and a musical, therefore we didn’t spend much time at the house. We wanted a place we could share with separate bedrooms rather than a motel so this house fit the bill. The house is fairly dated but it was clean. The reason for the 3 star rating for cleanliness is that the house definitely had a musty odor.

Awesome House and Location

We had such a lovely time during our stay. Location was absolutely perfect, the house was well kept and clean, tons of beach stuff if you don't already have it to use as well! Only feedback I would give would be a heads up from the hosts is they're planning on stopping by, there was a couple times when they popped over without notification. Otherwise absolutely wonderful and would stay again!

Great Vacation Spot in Ogunquit

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful vacation cottage in Ogunquit. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. We especially enjoyed the porch for relaxing and nice sized lawn for playing games. The property is conveniently located within a short walk from downtown, the beach and marginal way. The owners fantastic and communication was excellent. We highly recommend this property.
