The space
This lovely townhome is a new construction custom-built townhome in central Coeur d'Alene.
It is in an urban neighborhood with a huge, private backyard. You will truly feel you have your oasis in the heart of the city.
The home has been lovingly decorated by an experienced host to ensure you have a great stay.
The kitchen is welcoming and will be fully stocked with all you would need to create your meals. We offer a coffee and tea bar that is included.
The dining table easily seats up to six and can be expanded to seat up to eight. If you would like seating for eight, please let us know in advance and we will expand it for you.
The living room is comfortable and inviting with a large television and an electric fireplace. An overhead fan adds fresh air if you so desire. The electric fireplace can be used with or without heat, so it can be used in the summer to add ambiance.
Three bedrooms offer a collection of comfortable deluxe beds.
The first bedroom has a bunk bed that is rated for adults and can sleep up to four adults. The top bunk is a full-size bed and the lower bed is a queen bed. All beds include premium bedding and extra pillows. There is a huge oversized bean bag for relaxing and enjoying.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with deluxe bedding and additional pillows. Both sides of the bed have nightstands that allow for storage and USB ports for easy phone charging. The lights are touch on/off and have three levels of lighting.
The third bedroom is truly a deluxe suite. There is a king-sized bed with deluxe bedding and additional pillows. Both sides of the bed have nightstands with ample storage. The lights are touch on/off and have USB ports for easy phone charging. There is a television for entertainment. A table below the television can serve as an office space with a chair. The large ensuite bathroom has a huge 72-inch double vanity with quartz countertops, a large deluxe walk-in fully tiled shower with a rain head feature. There is a water closet for privacy and a huge walk-in closet.
Outside the home features a generous yard with full fencing. There is a gas fire pit, a gas grill and lounge chairs. Fun overhead cafe lights add a touch of glamour to your outdoor experience. This is perfect for traveling with pets amd unwinding.
