Very relaxing on the inside and close to everything, felt very safe there and the shower is really nice. Also smelled good when we got there which was a plus.

Great location! The host answered text immediately when we had an issue with the parking website. A nightlight in the long dark hallway to the bathroom would be helpful. We had a great overnight stay.

Communication was great. A bit unsure of the neighborhood. Entrance and stairwell were questionable, but the apartment was fantastic!

Apr was very clean and exactly as described. Would recommend they add a bath mat and some dish towels. Communication with the host was subpar. We received canned message via VRBO 24 hours before our stay with the details. Unfortunately, the email address for the parking office was dashed out and the codes were wrong. I messaged back immediately about the parking address and waited until the morning of arrival to text the number about it. Neither communication received a response. The door codes weren’t as big of a deal. They messaged those after check in time, but about 10 mins before we arrived. Would have liked a little better communication.

I never write bad reviews, but I am so upset that wish I could give this place negative stars. Beware before booking, this is NOT a safe area to stay in, and the hosts will completely ghost you if you bring a complaint to them about your safety. We spoke to a cop stationed across the corner of this unit, and he stopped us to say always make sure to walk as a group in this area of town. Anytime we walked in or out of the building we were bombarded by aggressive people soliciting on the road, one even threatened to follow us upstairs. We were traveling with our three year old and there was no way we were staying in this unsafe area for more than the night we arrived. While the host (listed as Eugene and Anastasia) were very good at answering calls when we were trying to locate and enter the apartment, they ceased responding to any calls or messages as soon as we told them we felt completely unsafe and were requesting to end our stay. We have a current complaint in with VRBO regarding the safety of this apartment and the lack of communication from our host. Book at your own risk because this host will stop responding as soon as you make a complaint and they are refusing to give us any refund for our shortened stay (we left and found another place to stay as soon as we realized how unsafe the neighborhood was for a family to be in). Pittsburgh was great, but avoid this block and these hosts at all costs.
