Hello my name is Luisa, this property is our family's vacation lodge. At the moment I am in charge of the rent and administration of it. I work as food technologist, processing avocado. However, I give some time to manage this property.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This property is special because it is at a beach which is not very touristic but it is beautiful and perfect to rest and enjoy of its surroundings. Nevertheless, the house is quite big and a huge amount of money is needed for the maintenance of it. Considering as well that properties at the beach deteriorate faster, we decided to rent it to obtain an extra amount of money to cope with its maintenance.
この宿泊施設の特徴
There are only a few accommodations in the area with all the commodities that we offer. This house can lodge up to 46 persons at once. The beach at San Juan de Alima is almost private mostly all year around. The house is fully equipped. Its location is ideal to visit and known other beaches nearby to practice activities such as: snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, immerse in natural jacuzzis and watching sea turtles spawn.
