Designed exclusively for month-long and longer stays (28+ days), city compliant.
This is a fully independent apartment with its own private entrance, a dedicated kitchen, a separate bedroom, a ground-level walkout door, and no shared indoor spaces. Whether you are in Toronto for work, study, relocation, or while transitioning between homes, this suite offers a simple, clean, and practical environment designed for longer stays.
Inside the Apartment:
The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a 57” Smart TV, and calm lighting that creates a relaxing environment after a long day.
