The location was perfect giving us access to the boardwalk without being in the congested areas. The room was a little small but it was comfortable. Perfect for two people.

Everything was nice, he even has beach chairs and umbrellas for our use which made it nice and sitting in the shared area in the mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean was phenomenal! I recommend

We really lucked in with this booking. The place was perfect being right on the beach and having a pool made things so easy for us and the kids. The place was super cute and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was also great. Quick response everytime we had a question. We will be booking again!

We had such a good time here! Everything was as described - or better! It is a very neat little studio. The pool is right outside the door. Perfect to start tanning. The place was almost full but there was no noise and no overcrowding anywhere. There was only two of us but there were plenty of families - an overall pleasant experience!

This studio apartment is in a wonderful location at the quieter north end of the Virginia Beach resort area, right at the end of the 3 mile long oceanfront boardwalk. Being a studio, it is small, but is furnished very efficiently, well maintained, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice and roomy, the sofa is comfortable, and the linens and towels are high quality. The kitchen area is well equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave and full-sized fridge. The pull-down blackout shade that covers the 3 large windows on the outer wall is a game changer. Mornings on the VB oceanfront can be very bright and this shade keeps the room quite dark so that you can sleep in if you choose to do so. The pool is nice and well maintained, and the private lawn right on the beach is a nice shady place to spend time in the evening enjoying the ocean views, The 2 bikes provided with the studio are a nice touch and are perfect for cruising the boardwalk, or the resort area streets. We enjoyed our stay here very much and hope to return again.

this was a great place to stay, right on the beach and in a very walkable area at the end of the boardwalk that runs along the beach. space was stocked with essential items and the mattress and couch were comfortable. I had a great time, would recommend to friends, especially if traveling solo.

Loved the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk, can't beat that. And having an assigned parking spot was really appreciated. The shower is fabulous, great water pressure and loved the tiles! Nice to have your own fridge and microwave, etc. Really impressed how fast Randy came over when we couldn't figure out how to get the AC working. We had figured it out by the time he arrived but he was glad, not annoyed, asked if we needed anything else, that he lived not too far away. And we really liked the coffeetable that the top converts into a table to eat or work at if you're sitting on couch. Adorable getaway, so much better and more cost-effective than staying at the hotels on the oceanfront.

Charming studio on beach side (wild surfs during our stay!). The room was clean and our hosts so helpful. We are hoping to stay for a longer duration in the future. The 2 nights we spent there were peaceful and serene and We genuinely had nothing we could complain about.

Great place, with all the amenities covered and more. The lawn is a great apot to relax and the unit is steps to the beach. Is our second stay and we will be back!

Perfect location!

This studio was just what we needed for our short getaway. Located at the end of the boardwalk, it made for a very quiet and pleasant stay. The owners had all the beach gear one would need-chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler. Would definitely stay again!

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

Our property is located at 40th and Atlantic Ave. It is located directly on the beach at the end of the boardwalk. This is considered by most to be the quiet end of the boardwalk. There are only 42 units in our condominium complex. There is a mix of unit owners and short term guests. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking or biking distance. We have a nice size outdoor pool and a large pool deck with chairs for laying out or sitting at the tables. Our back lawn has tables and chairs facing the ocean. It is the perfect place to take in all the beach atmosphere without getting sandy.
