You’ll enjoy a warm living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and sleeping space for up to 8 guests.

Step out to your 200 ft of private lakefront—perfect for morning coffee, kayaking, swimming (seasonally), or toasting marshmallows around one of two fire pits. Please note that lake levels vary dramatically throughout the season (rising and falling by 20+ ft). Depending on the time of year, water may be high and deep for swimming (typically June), shallower in late summer, or occasionally flooded in May. Guests can check USGS Sacandaga Lake levels for current conditions.

Fast Wi-Fi, pet-friendly comfort, and plenty of parking make this the perfect home base just minutes from hiking trails, marinas, ski areas, and Lake George attractions.
