Whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, a peaceful getaway, or a comfortable base while exploring the Four Corners, this farmhouse offers a true Colorado experience. 20 min to Durango, 15 to airport

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath on the main level. There is a reading room between the main level and the basement and in the basement you will find a second living area with a TV and pull out couch, and a bedroom.

Entire home except unfinished basement space. No washer dryer at this time

The property and home was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was equipped to make big meals. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. The lay out was big enough for comfortable living for our group of ten. The biggest barrier was the check in and check out instructions, there was not any, so with that we had to message and call for wifi access and door code. The second discouraging discovery was the second king . The basement in the pictures had a king bed but what was in its place was a twin bed and mattress on the floor. We had to rethink sleeping arrangements due to this arrangement. It was listed as 4 bedrooms 2 king, 1 double, 1 bunk bed and pull out in basement. The arrangement we had was king, double, bunk bed individual rooms upstairs. The basement had a pull out and adjoining room had twin bed and twin mattress on the floor.There was confusion on expectations. There was not instructions for trash disposal, we brought two xl trash bags for cautionary reasons if we allocated a lot of trash during a stay with ten people.I am glad we did or it would of been a nightmare to where to put regular size multiple bags of trash and as we were leaving we found the house trash cans turned over in the ditch at the end of driveway of the property, those would have been useful if the bins were closer to the house.These barriers appeared maybe the owners were in a rush on their departure and left behind “welcome and house instructions “ note. Overall a good stay and beautiful.
