- Living area with a roomy sofa and dining table
- Kitchenette with induction two-burner cooktop, medium fridge, large sink, toaster, and french press and frother
- Private bathroom with shower and large vanity sink
- Newly renovated flooring throughout
- Room darkening shades
- Private off-street parking
Located on the second floor, the loft is easily accessed by a wide staircase and features its own semi-private main entry leading into a completely private space.

Your apartment is on the second floor. You have a shared entry from the garage and then we each have our own private entry. We also love gardening. You are welcome to get your own fresh flowers.
