Easy to live all on the main level, with only 3 steps out front. View of Cape Lookout from the back. A table and chairs on the back patio are perfect for relaxing outdoors in sunny weather. Well-stocked kitchen. Organic cotton sheets. Long and short-term stays. Two bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor, along with a sunny living room, big kitchen, a desk, and dining area. Downstairs, you'll find a walk-out daylight lower level with patio eating area, family room with tv, and a large 3rd bedroom. Entry has 3 steps. Double garage with opener. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The neighborhood is tranquil, and there is a view of Cape Lookout from the two upstairs bedrooms. We love the nearby Schooner restaurant on the bay front.
