Condo is in good location with rainforest and good restaurants nearby. Rooftop patio was the best part of our stay. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves. Listing said this condo has access to the beach. It doesn't. There's very little sand and no way to access the beach - just FYI for others. Condo building is gated and safe.Our biggest complaint is lack of or confusing communication. Directions to the condo were incorrect. It got us to the street but not the building. Our flight was late, so it was dark and we drove around for an hour trying to find it. Called Vrbo but owner was unavailable. We finally found it by looking at photos on Vrbo and finding the name of the condos on an exterior photo of the building. We put that in GPS, and it got us there.We had trouble with the remote to the living room A/C unit, but no directions were provided. Checkout instructions said to load the dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher. We were surprised by a "light switch" that says "hot water," but we turned it on before taking a shower, and it worked fine. Refrigerator is very loud. Master bathroom had a water leak, which was reported.
