This entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom includes bed linens, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, creating a comfortable place to settle in. The bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water, supporting an easy routine from morning to night.

Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host.
We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance.
Important note:
Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

Capacity and Rates:
The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 4 guests.
Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night applies.
The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people, including adults, children and infants.
Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.
Cleaning:
The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.
Restrictions

Services and amenities
The amenities provided (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are intended to cover the first day of your stay.
The kitchen utensils available are basic tools, they do not include supplies such as salt, oil and pepper.

The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas are the external responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.
Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding.
Forgotten objects
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
