Located in a condominium steps from the iconic Farol da Barra, you’ll have the beach, restaurants, bars, and the Barra Shopping Mall within easy reach. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and designed to offer both comfort and convenience, ideal whether you’re traveling for leisure, business, or looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in Bahia’s capital.

The apartment is fully equipped to provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay. In the kitchen, you will find an air fryer, microwave, minibar, two-burner electric cooktop, sandwich maker, blender, and electric coffee maker, as well as a faucet with built-in water purifier, cutting board, set of pots with lids, pasta strainer, sieve, ice tray, egg holder, can opener, wine opener, salad tongs, scissors, ladle, and placemats. The living room features a sofa bed and a 32" Smart TV, and it extends to the balcony, which is furnished with a table, chairs, blackout roller curtain, and clothesline, along with brooms, dustpan, floor squeegee, collapsible bucket, and clothespins. In the bedroom, you will have air conditioning, a 42" Smart TV, curtain, iron and ironing board, as well as hangers for better organization. The bathroom includes a mirror, toothbrush holder, hairdryer, bidet shower, and electric shower, ensuring everyday comfort.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment and may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

During Salvador’s Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and not available to guests due to traffic regulations enforced by the City Hall.
