Just a few blocks from the all the action in the heart of downtown St Pete near parks, restaurants, shops, gyms, the St. Pete Pier, downtown and the Bay all an easy walk away. Equipped with everything you need for a short term or long term stay - an office desk, fast wifi, shared coin-operated laundry on premises and same day wash/dry/fold laundry nearby and a fully stocked kitchen.

Our units are in a no flood zone and have never had flood and wind damage. we have never be evacuated - flood safe with safe parking

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great location - easy walk to numerous restaurants. Comfortable bed and good WiFi. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic location; walkable to everything downtown and next to a beautiful residential neighborhood. The place is spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean, and well decorated—has everything you need. Easy to park. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, about 5 minute walk to St Pete pier and across the street from restaurants, etc. Well laid out, comfortable, clean. Great communications from the owner.

This property was fantastic. It’s just as represented in the photos, with a fresh beach vibe. It’s located on a property with several other units housing long term tenants. Although it is an older complex the apartment has been upgraded with new wiring and furnishings. You could easily do remote work here. The mattress was very comfortable and bed linen was soft and comfy. Tom was an extremely accommodating host who responded immediately to our questions. The kitchen was compact, but contains everything you need for light food preparation. We had a great stay!

Centrally located between venoy park/waterfront and downtown area. Host easily accessible for questions as needed during stay. Clean Studio space on smaller side but comfortable for 2 people and luggage. Would stay again!
