It was very clean. I would just add it is not for elderly or anyone that needs scooter accommodations.

Great location, loved the space. The rooms with the double beds and twin beds need more lights. The rooms only had a lamp. Would recommend and stay here again!!

Nice condo- recently redone. No view but good location. Pool very nice but not heated.

Great family spot! You don’t have access to all Omni amenities but can do plenty . Bike riding throughout the property is a blast with all of the paved paths!

Amelia Island Vacation

Our experience with the property was great. The location was wonderful. The newly renovated condo was beautiful and comfortable. Our only small issue was the kitchen was missing a knife and cutting board. We would be happy to return again in the future.

Great location, newly renovated, clean and cozy

This property is very well situated in the Plantation. A one minute walk to the beach and short bike ride to the Omni amenities. You can rent bikes and golf carts from Amelia's Wheels located in the resort area. Great food at the many options available through the Omni as well. Overall, a great rental that I would highly recommend.

Birthday weekend in Amelia Island

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described, loved the layout - 2 bedrooms on second level, 2 bedrooms on third level and kitchen/living area on main level. We will absolutely stay again next time we are here. Only minor issue was electricity seemed to turn on/off each night we were there, came right back on though so not an issue.

Nicely updated unit

Unit was tastefully updated. Beds were comfortable and location was great! I would suggest adding a Keurig and some drinking glasses. I ended up buying some wine glasses and solo cups as there were only plastic wine glasses and coffee mugs available for drinking.

The air-conditioner unit where all bedrooms are cooled went out our last day and evening. The repair man couldn’t fix it. This caused us to sleep one night without air, and this was very disappointing. I would give the unit a poor rating due to this. This needs to be repaired before any renters should be allowed back in. Also, the lighting on the second level bedrooms where the queen and single beds are was very poor. We had to call a repair man to fix the outlets, the master sink, and a few squeaky doors. They need more lamps and lighting in the bedrooms that have two beds and a wall mirror in each room. This level only has one bath and needs more lighting and mirrors in the bedrooms.

Beach Walker

The condo was nicely renovated. Housekeeping could have done a better job but other then that it was nice. On a side note, if you don't have a millenial or younger person staying with you, good luck figuring out how to use the t.v.s. That was frustrating as it seems to have all been app driven.....

Loved our visit! Had a great time!

Great property!!! A few complaints but would definitely stay here again. Need mirrors in all bedrooms to help with getting ready. It was 2 king but other 2 were doubles. It would be great I have more comfortable seating in the living room to accommodate 8-10 people. Kitchen needed pot holders. Overall though I gave it a 10 because these things didn’t keep us from having a bad time.

Nice Family Vacation

Condo was very nice and clean and the air worked great! It does have stairs so not ideal for elderly guests but it worked well for our group of 9. The only negatives we found were that the 2 bedrooms containing one full/one twin beds did not have any lights other than a very small lamp that did not put out adequate lighting. We also could not figure out the dishwasher, I’m not sure if it didn’t work or if we just didn’t know how to use it. Overall we had a nice stay and the condo and surrounding property were very nice!

Nicely renovated comfortable condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this nicely renovated condo. We were there for a tennis tournament and had a great time. Space was great for a bunch of women. Nice open floor plan on the main level for gathering. Lots of stairs and levels which wasn’t as noticeable in the listing photos. Called about non-working ice maker and never got it going.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are very sorry we couldn't get that vendor in to fix the icemaker while you were here. It's definitely an issue here on our island now as many vendors are still working through staffing issues. We do appreciate the feedback!

Beautiful location

This is a beautiful location, and a clean and pleasant property. There could have been more supplies- there were only 3 beach towels for 6 of us (we bought more), no bottle opener, a tiny bottle of dish soap, and no garbage can in one of the bathrooms. Also, the dishwasher was broken. The property manager informed us that the part had been ordered, and it was a bummer that it was broken. However, we had gorgeous weather and enjoyed the beautiful beach every day.

Thank you for your feedback Erin! We do not supply beach towels as stated in the description, but luckily it sounds like a previous guest left some behind! We give all of our guests a starter package of supplies to get them through until they can get to the grocery store, but we do apologize about the dishwasher. So glad the weather was great and that you all enjoyed your stay! We hope you come back to stay with us again soon!
