Wake up each morning to a panoramic view of the sun rising over the Atlantic at this oceanfront condo in Fernandina Beach. Enjoy direct access to the beach downstairs and a private balcony with a commanding view down the coast.

This (elevator-accessible) condo sits on the third floor of Coral Sands, a beachfront complex on the ocean shores of Fernandina Beach - the northernmost city on Florida's Atlantic coast. This is the perfect home base for exploring Amelia Island, just half a mile from Fort Clinch State Park, one mile from the Amelia Island Lighthouse, and two miles from the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

After a beautiful day spent boogie boarding and beachcombing, take the elevator upstairs, toss your beach towels in the washer/dryer, and have a seat outside on the balcony. It's a gorgeous spot for cold drinks, afternoon card games, and savoring the sounds of the crashing ocean waves.

You'll be treated to the same oceanfront view inside, with the added comfort of central air conditioning. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room with comfortable seating and a large smart TV.

Everything was great. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture beds and electric recliners. Have stayed Coral sands before several times. If you can get past the old elevator and limited parking there is no better location in my opinion anywhere on the island.

The unit is outdated and the floors are bulked up and needs replacing. good luck finding parking spot after 8pm with no alternative to parking ! Very disappointed in our stay. The view is spectacular

Nice Little Beach Front Condo

The condo was small but was all we needed for a 2 girls that wanted a quick getaway. A few more things would have been nice like nonstick pans, we had to really scrub to get them clean after making breakfast. Also, we were told there was a Keurig machine but there is not. We only brought K-cups instead of ground coffee, so knowing what was there would have been nice but we'd still stay again.

Need to give guests the gate to beach combo

Was never advised on how the beach works or it's combo, had to ask around and some other guests that knew the combo. It was awkward.

Lovely property

We enjoyed our king suIte located on second floor overlookng the lovely grounds and especially the balcony! Staff were very friendly and overall our experience was great. We stayed for a week!

Perfect ocean front stay for 2 people.

Love the view and the huge porch overlooking the beach. Nicely maintained and very clean. The app for Vacasa rental agency was kind of a pain to download and sign in, and really unnecessary. Would rent again. .

Beach getaway

Nice quiet location. Enjoyed the upper floor views of the ocean, and the breeze. Spacious balcony. Good inside furniture, though outside rocking chairs could use replacing. Unit is comfortable for a couple, or a small family. Suggest that the unit provides beach towels. Luckily we brought our own. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This is a great condo. End unit near elevator, 3rd floor. No one over head. Seems very clean. Both beds are firm. Great balcony to enjoy sun rise and the moon. Near by shops and restaurants are fabulous! We will come back!

Great pet friendly beach front condo

Super views from the awesome 3rd floor balcony. Very good location near downtown area. Not too close to public access so the beach was pretty private. Easy walk to the beach. The condo does have good beach chairs and a few beach items. Unit is close to elevator. May have been timing but we had no problem parking. The building is somewhat dated but the unit is clean and comfortable. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. Unit has just 1 TV in living room. Has coffee pot but would have been nice to have a Keurig. Definitely enjoyed this place and would like to return.
